add columns to form_fiss_site_2023.gpkg to facilitate building habitat_confirmation_priorities.xls spreadsheet with information collected in field or input through QGIS. v94 - minor changes. forgot to push on Thursday. if we get merge conflicts shouldn't impact anything consequential. removed gps layers pulled in from outside project and added select gps from in project. add fishpass_mapping.gpkg and all layers and add to reporting theme.

v96 - update gpkg layers. No symbology changes. v97 - add habitat_lateral.tif

PSCIS layer will update automagically (named the same) but layers like crossings will need to be updated to be bcfishpass.crossings as per https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_skeena_2023_reporting/issues/116 for them to be seen.

few other things to be done in there to clean up and reduce file size eventually.....

v98 - updated layers according to #116 v99: updated form_fiss_site according https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_skeena_2023_reporting/issues/46 to and pscis_phase1 according to https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/fish_passage_skeena_2023_reporting/issues/57

v100 - removed old background layers as per #116 v101 - reverted comments in form_fiss_site back to edits made in v95 that got lost somewhere.
