added background info on Kitsumkalum River
updating other background info from OW report, including stock assess info
updated fish-species-table to include BULK and KLUM wsg.
copied over some csvs needed to build report but then stopped when I realized there were lots missing, didn't want to make conflicting changes

report has not been built yet missing too many csvs

Hope this wasn't too much of a hassle to merge! I will make sure to only edit the discussed files next time.

nah - it was easy. i actually had a screenshot to show you all that needed to be done but it was overwritten with text from a different "review" (I guess). the review system is a bit convoluted. i don't fully understand it
