fresh install of fpr fails due to `fwapgr` and `poisutils` dependencies #83

Fresh R and Rstudio this am then pak used to load list of packages including fpr

Prob easy to work around (install those packages before fpr) but wondering if we can live without these dependencies in fpr

looks like we can fix with https://stackoverflow.com/questions/30493388/create-an-r-package-that-depends-on-another-r-package-located-on-github which references https://devtools.r-lib.org/articles/dependencies.html
