Updated safe work section #15

Added additional points to safe work section on culvert and hab con assessments. Re organised formatting of safe work procedure section.

They are mentioned twice ya. In the point about working in the field alone I figured it would be good to re iterate their importance. In fact, working alone might even warrant its own section?

Separate section for working along is a good idea. Mentioning things again inside another paragraph along with 4 other things when they have their own bullet in the same succinct section - not so much

Would be good to proof read the whole section for things like duplicated points and reading clarity. On first glance I can see that carrying bearspray and carrying sat communicators are both mentioned twice. Splitting things into separate bullets helps them pop as separate points (ie. using radios and arranging meet up times would play well as separate items).

@Mateo9569 can you please fix up this section as per these recommendations? If you want to do a section on working alone at the same time (or not) that is fine. If you do - a couple master googles might help it be most tight too. Including the details of things like radios and sat communicators etc. in both sections makes sense as we want the user to be sure not to miss those types of important details but lets not repeat the same things within the individual sections themselves. Add a sentence about using 3 points of contact for stability when walking instream with poles as well as about being cognizant about foot placement to lower risk of foot entrapment.

Will do. Personally I think a section on working alone would be best. There is an empty section in there about boats. Should I add points to that section too? I'm assuming that would be regarding situations where we do boat electrofishing? Doesn't seem like you do a lot of that but I can add it in anyways.

Including the details of things like radios and sat communicators etc. in both sections does make sense as we want the user to be sure not to miss those types of important details but lets not repeat the same things more than once within each of the individual sections themselves (ex. don't put "carry bearspray" in two separate bullets in the same section for a total of 4 times in two sections) .
