Just looking for clarification. Did you want me to add a record of the peace beaver dam incident to a section in hsp? Or just a general summary of how to fill out an incident report?

Could make a bulleted list of close calls in that section as examples too. Another close call was backing up on the highway and almost flipping the truck into the ditch.
