Field biology and Programming computers is extremely brain intensive (and physically demanding in the field) and there is validity in mentioning things like good nutrition, exercise, responsible alchohol use (or abstinence of course), rest (ex. running a marathon on the one day off is not rest after working 11 hour field days for 6 days in a row - ha) and even tools like meditation.
Burn out is real too and this might be a good place to talk about managing overload and other causal factors. here is just the first article that popped up with a search https://hbr.org/2016/11/beating-burnout . not a bad article with some good points.
