Update emergency response plan template with:

[x] who is crew lead
[ ] who should be called/notified. who will do this. How will they do this, service or no service.
[ ] what if crews are separated? what if you are alone?
[x] required phone numbers
[x] assembly locations
[x] primary and secondary evacuation route.
[x] locations of fire extinguishers
[x] locations of spill kit.

Update tailboard with:

[ ] evacuations plan details should be discussed and completed for each different area/site on the tailboard.

Update HSP:

[ ] Add EPR link to appendix once PR is merged
