Updated to HSP.

• Updated fire safety section of our Occupational Health and Safety Plan
• Created a Wildfire Response Plan. Would be great to hear if you have anything to add or edit! Issue for it here #44
• updated Emergency Response Plan. Made it a template so we can use it for different sites/areas/days. feedback welcome again, issue here #45
• Added my training to the training_log
• still need to update tailboard
• need to add a couple links once this PR is merged

We should move the raw csv's to a common public assets repo (along with things like the logos) so we can retrieve them easily and incorporate them into safety plans, meetings, reports etc. I will put that on my to do's list.
