Deserves its own issue. We will start with some buffers for the "cattle fencing" (or project area exclusion fencing fencing perhaps on case to case basis?) and we have many options to help derive:

[ ] Riparian Areas Regulation
[ ] FREP
[ ] Riparian Management Area Guidebook
[ ] Wetland area should be considered
