Updated names
added background info on process-based restoration
removed book.bib to declutter
Not sure what's going on with the packages.bib file, seems to me that it auto-updates according to the following code from index.rmd, is that correct? I didn't change anything in packages.bib so must be an auto thing

I put the answer to your question in little rmd reprex in onboarding/hold (my first reprex in Rmd format!). Made a little blog for this in website repo to test how to get blog on website. don't think this one will ever get posted but was a good exercise to learn how to get the website setup for it

Keep the Files window open in Rstudio to it to see what happens when you knit theblog_help.Rmd with the knit button in the viewer as per screenshot. interesting.
