Hydrometric figure updates

• Updated function names in regards to #34
• Customizing repo yml files, updating background/info section
• Added McQuarrie and Buck Creek hydrometric stations watershed areas. McQuarrie station is done manually because not part of hydat database, added csv with flow data. McQuarrie data is very sparse. Ended up commiting the entire data folder got McQuarrie so water temp stuff is there too.
• Added fisheries section and fish species table usingscripts/extract-fiss-species-table.R
• created tfpr_xref_wshd_names usingscripts/extract-wshd-xref.R
• updated missing references
