let's make the CSS file for the plugin front end styles editable in the UI. Just a simple code edit box will do. That way people can add CSS related to the plugin in one place and manage it there. Could be under a new tab called 'Plugin Styles'

We should add a default style for the login/logout menu too with some standard styling : #wawp_login_logout_button
