Clear out all Licenses when Authorization keys are changed #91

When any of the API secrets are changed successfully, the license keys for WAP and all add ons should be cleared out since that means the licensing needs to be reapplied for the new API keys.

After a successful addition of Authorization credentials there should always be a message reminding the user to reenter the License keys on the license screen:

"You have changed your WildApricot authorization credentials. Go to the WildApricot Press licensing screen to re-enter your license key(s)."
