location of inspector #89

Let's add a way to switch the location of the inspector. Bottom is default, but you can switch from left to right to top right from the inspector. I think there may be times you wish to move it to get easier access to certain elements and it may change how the edit in new window would be used, since that's better for editing many lines at once.

The sizing of the editor is not always ideal for making large set of changes. Let's discuss to the options.

With the current editor, you should be able to see the entire page.

As for more space to edit, it should be possible to have it resizable or show it in a separate window. If we are doing in-page editing, we can have it hidden by default, and have a button to show/hide it.

currently when you right click on it, it goes to the right, but when you exit the editor it switches back to lower left so it doesn't keep the location set forcing you to right click again to move it.

it would be good to have a collapse button to collapse the inspector, but not exit the editor as well
