Updating license checker webhook #87

Dave can you see if you can update the license checker for production scenarios to the URLs in this ticket? I am trying to use a redirect URL for a testing webhook (legacy) and a production webhook for testing URLs. This way we can change the webhook if necessary through our redirect. Can you see if this will work for our scenarios? The /checkdev one should be the one in use for all production scenarios now.
