Recent customers that use Donations are now showing errors when QBWA tries to create a Sales Receipt (for Donations) when the QBO field "Private Note" (Internal Memo) is included in the API call. I suspect that this is a coincidence in that the early v0.7 clients did not have Donation transactions and/or the field was not populated from WA.
Resolution:
Update the Body of the Sales Receipt API call in the QBO Txn scenario to remove the Private Note property.
This was "hot-fixed" for NDPHA and OELMA. Will document as v0.7.0.4 and update along with these minor bugs:
issue #89 inside QBO Txn scenario, Sales Receipt route: a filter is missing that updates the data store with the last Auto run date. This should only happen when the current run is a Scheduled run.
issue #90 inside the core scenarios: more customers are relying on a single "Default" mapping for each Order type (e.g. membership). The "mapping match message" was simplified for these cases, but caused a subsequent Donation Line Item Description to not populate as expected.
