Licenses expiration check does not allow for a renewal payment happening the same day #94

Modify the license check logic to give a grace period of a small number of days. Consider adding a reminder email warning in a situation that the date is more than 1 day expired.

Used a 3 day grace period to allow for weekends and payment resolution.
