Show certain configuration parameters for the Contacts and Contacts custom field objects only #29

The following configuration parameters should only be set for Contacts and Contact custom fields objects:

Select page size for Contacts Include Archived contacts only Include Members only

Validate Select page size for Contacts is set to some value. Without it being set the Contacts and Contact custom fields objects don't return any data.
