Added labels for all states #16

this puts labels on each state, not just the NE states

Actually, the HI label could be adjusted to something like {x:332, y:568} instead of the "center" of Hawaii. The coordinates I just gave are for the center of its largest island instead.

I agree, this works great and I agree with mxie's comment on the change in position for HI, works better since our background is white.
