Add State Specific Content in Alert/Tooltip #69

I am trying to add content that is specific to each state within either the alert area or the tooltip area. I have been able to get html to appear, which an image and text appearing, however, I want to be able to change this based on the state that is hovered on. This would indirectly solve me additional issue of the state labels being the abbreviations... I would like to be able to have the state name. So if I was able to add the state specific content I would be able to do this as well.

Any help would be appreciated!

I am also looking for this as a solution too. Any ideas/help would be much appreciated.
