I believe there is exactly one issue left: EPs are uniquely identified by their endpoint, EXCEPT for swamp bridge puzzles. This would lead to issues if a player excludes exactly one of a pair. Might just have to put in some special logic for that.
Other than that? This is ready.
Note to self: Disabled EPs need to be made to "glow" in case of Obelisk_Sides mode no matter what
