This PR makes the splash screen a generic green and white logo on dark grey background. This changes the approach of the splash screen to a centered image on a background color.
** Please test this rather extensively. I've had to change some of the native files but didn't completely follow the tutorial exactly because of our expo detached state. So far it's worked every time but I just want us to be cautious.
