On my profile page, there are two mobile phone numbers. When I tried to edit the individual information, only one number is editable?

Is this a conversion issue (having two mobile numbers) or some kind of theme caching issue?

Probably a conversion issue. Are both numbers valid?

The issue is I didn't think you could have two mobile numbers in Rock, and I have no access at all to edit one of the numbers.
