Is it possible to see if there was a business activity listed for a storefront in the previous year before becoming vacant in the following years? Would it be possible to use some other source like DCA's legally operating business dataset to pull business activity?

Geo data issues:
Swap out the 2010 census tract.shp to the 2020 census tract to do an apples-to-apples comparison for years 2019, 2020, 2021, etc.
Set up code to make it easier for yearly updates, perhaps working with James to write-out functions
Combine the other storefront vacant datasets to see what new analysis or findings we can say about storefront vacancies (square feet, monthly rent)
