Add support for de_port and fix #73 #83

I wanted to commit these small changes much earlier, but I simply forget about it. This pull request adds the ability include a lua file that will be executed for the current map only and 234998451c7a4c82902bc3307d7a8c8f12b83e96 might fix issue #73. Please take a look into the commit description of each one for further information.
