Registration Form #13

On my chromebook and pc at the office, the registration form does not format correctly. It's the same issue we were dealing with at the Salvation Army Event.

@arichichi What's the deal with this? I think Bing is waiting for someone to test it out on their PC, right @bertya ?

@arichichi @bertya If this isn't an issue anymore let's close this, if it is then we need to get it worked out ASAP.
