Group Admins - Need to be able to toggle / delete #20

Need to be able to delete, I accidentally added twice.

This is tricky, and ties in with the "Do groups belong to organizations" question. If they don't, which is the way it's set up now, than groups shouldn't be able to delete administrators. It's easy to make it so you can't have duplicates though, do you think that would address this problem?
