Would like countdown timer to call out individual seconds #123

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using? Taranis

What is your openTx FW version? 2688

What is your openTx EEPROM version?215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Let countdown timer go to zero.  Will say 'ten' for each second from 10 on 
down to zero
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? say 'ten', 'nine', 
'eight', etc.  then beep on zero

Please provide any additional information below.

Already implemented, will be available as an option in next release.
