What is your openTx FW version?

What is your openTx EEPROM version?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set a bunch of Functions to announce/Play Track the result of a switch 
changing position...High Rate Elevator,  Low rates Elevator,  Flaps 
Up..Down,,,ect
2.do this on several models.
3.turn on the transmitter.
..A...   All switch positions tracks get played for current switch positions
4. Select a different model to fly...
..A... Happens again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
All sounds being played at start up and then when new model is selected is a 
little annoying.

"No announcement on lodel load" already implemented for next revision.
