Can't Load Individual Models from EEPE Files in Model Selection Menu #202

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using?

- Taranis

What is your openTx FW version?

- 2834

What is your openTx EEPROM version?

- 215

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Model Selection Menu provides no way to Load/Save individual models from EEPE
files.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- Currently, loading individual models must be done using companion9x PC
software and USB cable.

- Being able to load individual models into model selection menu would greatly
increase capacity, as the number of possible models would be limited by on only
the amount of SD-storage capacity.

Please provide any additional information below.

- The SD-Card slot is in the battery bay and thus is not located for easy
access. Future Taranis models may alter this poorly placed location.

You actually can backup/restore individual models on the model selection menu,
where they get stored in the MODELS directory of the SD card. So you already
have unlimited storage even if not exceptionally convenient. We haven't had a
single report of anyone filling up the 60 model slots yet though, so it's
definitely not a problematic limitation for now.

SD card can be accessed by the PC through USB as the radio serves as card
reader, so I don't see why you'd need to take it out more easily...

Anyway any discussion on the matter should take place at a much larger scale as
the file formats are simply not suited for that for now. There already is an
open issue for a complete redesign of file handling in companion.
