No way to remap A2 Alarm for Cels or Cell telemetry data #207

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using?

- Taranis

What is your openTx FW version?

- 2834

What is your openTx EEPROM version?

- 215

What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Model Setup Menu provides no way to remap Cels or Cell telemetry data to
Alarm settings feature reserved for telemetry data A2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- It's unfortunate that FrSKY receiver X9R provides no A1/A2 telemetry analog
data ports. When using with FrSKY Smart-port Lipo Sensor FLVSS, setting up an
audible low battery warning requires programming both a custom switch and a
custom function. Providing a remap of A2 in the Model Setup menu would
eliminate this difficult alarm programming necessity.

Please provide any additional information below.

HI,

Got the same FW and EEPROM version but not able to compare or test A2 value.
I'm able to read it in my TELEMETRY pages and "play value" with custom function
but Custom switch doesn't trigged A2 at all.

That's seem to be related.

The custom switch/custom fucnction really is the "normal" way of setting an
alarm as it's the one that allows full flexibility. The A1/A2 alarms were
mostly kept for backwards compatibility with existing models, they were nearly
removed.

Hi,
good to know but the that's why I add my comment because I was not able to
"compare" the value of A2.
I use this CS and CF

CS1 a<x A2 15.00
CS2 a>x A2 15.00
and two customs functions:
CF1 CS1 play track fltbatlow
CF2 CS2 play sound siren

but nothing... strange because I cover all the range with these CS
But still able to read the value in the TELEMETRY page and the play value
function work well.

I use a x8r in S-bus mode with D16
