Count down voice always says"10 seconds" for the last 10 seconds #66

Repro:
  1. Create a new model
  2. Setup a count down timer
  3. Start the timer, wait until there's only 10 seconds left.

Expected:
  Voice alarm of "10 seconds, 9 seconds, 8 seconds, ..., 1 second, 0 second"

Actual:
  Voice alarm repeats "10 seconds" 10 times, for the last 10 seconds.

You should remove yout SD file timer10.wav which should not be in the zip any 
more.

This solution only, cut off the 10 sec.
 And doesn't start the actually countdown 9..8..7..6..5..
