Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using?
Taranis

What is your openTx FW version?
opentx-r2660

What is your openTx EEPROM version?
215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What I think would be a valuable feature would be that on the servos screen,
with the cursor on MIN, MAX or PPM CENTER, the servo is sent to the value
shown. It would make it much easier to set servo throws to the desired values,
especially if measured throw is needed.

Please provide any additional information below.

I found this a very handy feature on the MPX Evo9

can be done very easily during setup phase my adding a single mix line (replace
mix) to the channel to be calibrated.

Using two switches, one to activate the line and another to set desired position
bottom, center or top.

The line can be then moved from one channel to the other in order to complete
calibration.
In my idea the proposed feature is extremely dangerous especially on channels
connected to a Electronic Speed Controller.

That sounds sensible to me. I was never silly enough to use the MPX method
on an electric throttle channel, but you no doubt have to think about the
people who WOULD do such a thing. I have already worked out a similar
method to your proposal, based on a project by Mike Shellim. Many thanks
for your VERY prompt reply.

I mainly flight glider so for me there would be no risk, but I'm pretty sure
there will be someone that not only will operate on throttle channel, but also
that will keep propeller mounted during model setup.

Even if it is takes a little bit longer I still prefer Mike Shellim or my own
way.

As discussed, even if it is a good idea it has drawbacks related to safety, so
we are not going to implement this feature, sorry.
