Retrieve list of parents from the API

Richard Welsh raised the point that checking for existing children is possible, but not parents.

I generated this list by querying your API and then excluding any study IDs found there from our list of test recruits. However, this exercise makes me realise that there doesn’t seem to be a way of retrieving a list of the parents that have signed up in the app through your API… I realise this is late notice but would it be possible to add that to the API?

Emailed Richard 5/9/22 with Python SDK instructions. I think their service account will have access using this method, if not, might need to look at the permissions further.
