Update Firestore when user toggles whether to get daily reminders or not #14

(or just turn off in app, but cloud function currently checks dailyReminders boolean field in Firestore before sending daily reminder (for over 3 month children).

[x] toggle only shows after 3 months from discharge date
[x] update firestore parent notifications when user toggles
[x] cloud function should check parent's preferences (I think it currently checks each child and only send notification if it is set to true)
[x] get daily notifications from shared preferences to set daily notification toggle value
