See previous issue for how to get estimated due date from NPEU and create new push notification when this is reached.

"Today is the last day to give {infant name} their DOLFIN supplement. Please place any leftover supplement in the bin, and thank you for completing supplementation!"

To support this add flag to database that shows if a child is still active:

[x] add field to child creation in flutter
[x] for each 365 days change active flag to false if child has reached this point (firebase)
[x] for each firebase function check if child is active before proceeding

[x] Test daily notifications with child with EDD of 365 days, should change db and send ending message
[x] Test daily notifications with child of EDD past 365 days, should do nothing
[x] Test check child with date of 365 should show no records
[x] Test check child with date of past 365 days should show no records
[x] Test no EDD gets from NPEU when run daily notifications function
[x] Test adding new child in app (to check active field works correctly)
