Madeleine highlighted further problems on the issue: Relevant #180
Quoting her: Switch from daily to weekly (items 6 and 8 on the attached)
On the day the app switches from daily to weekly (day 28), it asks the user to fill in a weekly report relating to the last seven days (i.e. days 21 to 28). The user will previously have filled in a daily questionnaire about each of these, so they are being asked to provide information on them twice. Our understanding was that when the app switches from daily to weekly, it doesn’t ask for a weekly report until the end of the first week (so, with the new timing of the switch, it should ask for the first weekly report on day 34). We thought that this functionality was in place in the current live version of the app but it has been a long time since the original development/validation – can you let us know your thoughts?
We think we have not been receiving the notification that the switch has occurred – I had set up multiple parent profiles on the app and am generally receiving notifications for all of them, but for at least one of these profiles I did not receive the notification confirming the switch. I appreciate the app is not set up for one device with multiple profiles. I’m happy to look more closely into this in the next round of testing
The user’s profile remains set on daily reminders when the switch to weekly reporting happens. Would it be possible to have it switched to weekly reminders when the switch occurs? We appreciate we didn’t previously raise this with you

Goals
The user starts reporting less frequently in a shorter span of time.
Results
The switch from daily to weekly reporting occurs at one month (28 days) post-discharge
Update behaviour from:
The switch from daily to weekly reporting (including the questionnaire being presented to the user and the type of notifications being sent) occurs at three months (3 x 28 days) post-discharge
