The colour change timepoint is set to five minutes past midnight. Unless the user is entering data within the first five minutes of the day, they will immediately see the tile change colour to show their record has been submitted
Update it from current behaviour
When a user enters a record, the tile representing the date for that record only changes colour (to show record submitted) after a certain timepoint. The timepoint is currently 6 a.m. on the day of submission, so a user reporting at 5:30 a.m. that they gave the supplement would not see the colour change confirming this immediately
