When adding a record or a weight, the url to the dosing chart appears as `[URL]` #54

Not necessarily a bug? This is the same wording on the forms we were given. Could ask them what we want it to say instead?

We also need the correct URL, as I believe it is currently a placeholder one.

Correct URL added and text changed to "can be found [here]". If they want to change it later, we can create another issue.
