In general, it seems like I can't select dates before 2022, or in actual fact beyond a week from the day I was accessing the app. This isn't desirable when entering date of weight, which could be earlier (or DOB or EDD, if we keep these in as editable fields) I can see why we might not need 2021, but are we able to allow users to go to previous months?

Edit any record form the last 7 days, but no limit on the date taken for the weight on those entries.

All weight entries and supplement dosing to have a 24-hour edit period, after which they are locked.

[x] Changed restrictions on fields (no longer seven days, but after date of birth)
[x] Added Date Submitted to records, so we can track when they were completed, not just the day they are for
[x] Added Weight Records page and ability to edit previous weight records
