I am not sure that we want the parent to have the option to confirm whether the baby was a pre or post-discharge recruit, or supplying EDD or DOB - I think we should hold this information already so it would be better if it is sourced via our API (if this is possible) discuss before response - getting from API is OK, but we'd need to also prevent this information being editable later on, maybe 1-2days work?

Dates to be received from the API and hidden from the user.

Overlap with issue #100

[x] remove due date etc from child input
[x] retrieve info from Oxford API and use this to calculate values for firestore
[x] update cloud function to use supplement start date rather than due date
[x] delete existing children and email research team (as these will have due date rather than supplement start date)
