Login must work without Outlook profile picture

Currently the application errors if the user trying to login does not have a profile photo uploaded to their Outlook profile.

Add some sort of default avatar if no outlook image found

Ive tested this and it logs in ok without a profile picture now? It grabs the default image generated from your initials, which is a jpeg.
