Summary

Relating to user story #7

What needs to be done?

[x] Write a python function/ script that can read the incoming breathing signal and interpret it
[x] Pass this signal to the stimulation function

Using the NIDAQ python API we can do this! Have demonstrated reading the breathing belt signal and using it to trigger a stimulation with the ds8r python api. Confirmed working with oscilloscope and recording and plotting the data in python.
