Query's are always invisible in the standart setup.

If you want to see the query, you have to go to manage Favorites (ctrl+b) (Chose your server) and if you have activated expert on the bottom you can see "show Query" on the left side. checkmark the box then save it.

If you now connect over the favorite to your server you should also see query's

About the Slots:

The Query also always gets counted as a client but it wont use this clientslot so if let me say it looks like this:

Clients: 32/32 Query: 01/32

Then a "33" person can join

Yeah.

I usually make a channel, so they can join into it or i click on edit channel and pull the Query client into the "edit" field.

Then you usually can click on them and write him personal.
