Downgrade the Java version from 12 to 11 #5

I would like to use the java 11 LTS version for this project.

It also seems that most people have java 11 installed and it is difficult to onboard them on the project. I hope that changing this would improve this.

Also I would like to update the README.md to include the relative path of the starting command.

Example: ./mvnw spring-boot:run
