Link Trilinos with libcusparse

(Trilinos does not build on GPU because /packages/shylu/shylu_node/tacho.src/Tacho_CuSolver.hpp gets an undefined reference when calling cusparseDestroyMatDescr and cusparseCreateMatDescr
