Add Force Refresh All #4

This improves the refresh behaviour in the Nexar Supply Excel add-in by:

Adding "Force Refresh All", which empties the cache and then repopulates data by querying again.
Repurpose the old refresh to "Retry Errors" which only seeks to rerun queries with errors or no data.

There's a little bit of Nexar brand alignment in here too.
