Minor improvements to errors, session handling and authorized sellers #8

A few minor improvements:

  1. Improved error reporting when there is a problem.
  2. Add ability to refresh the login when the session becomes stale.
  3. Add an optional Authorized argument to most functions. This by default is Any but users can set it to Yes (or No) in order to filter only authorized (or unauthorized) sellers.
  4. There are some shiny new icons to enjoy.

This bumps the add-in to version 0.4.0.
