Connect twilio with "prod" stage #74

twilio calls are currently not available on the "prod" backend (https://nexd-backend-staging.herokuapp.com/)

What do you mean by that? Do you mean the calls don't end up in the "prod" database? Or do you mean there are no calls available in the database?

I guess both... Havent tried IT since a few days... But i think its still mit working.
