[Factorio: 0.16.1][PE: 3.0.0] Mod crash on creating/loading a map #62

None of the shortcuts work and the following error is given when pressing Shift+B to open the Planner Picker Menu:

LuaGuiElement doesn't contain key horizontal_scroll_policy.stack

Replicated with only base game and PickerExtended activated.
